Help students choose courses
Share first-hand experiences of courses you have taken. Focus on workload, teaching style, assessment formats, preparation, and practical advice. Be honest and specific. CoursePeek is independent of the universities listed; reviews reflect student opinions.
Critique the course respectfully
Critical reviews are welcome. Explain what happened without harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, sexual content, or personal attacks. Do not make claims you know are false or impersonate another person.
Protect personal information
Do not post email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, student IDs, private messages, grades belonging to other students, or other sensitive information. An instructor's name may be used to identify the class, but avoid unrelated details about their private life.
Respect academic integrity
Describe exam formats and topics in your own words. Do not share confidential or unreleased test questions, answer keys, copyrighted course materials, or content that helps someone cheat. Follow your university's academic integrity rules.
Keep reviews useful
Do not post spam, advertisements, scams, duplicate reviews, or unrelated content. Do not manipulate ratings or offer rewards for favorable reviews. Submit one review per course per semester, based on your own experience.
Report concerns
Use Report review on a review that may violate these guidelines. Include a clear reason and relevant details. Reports go to CoursePeek for review and do not automatically remove content. You can also email the contact below. Blocking an author hides their reviews from your signed-in view; it does not remove them for everyone.
How moderation works
CoursePeek may remove reviews that violate these guidelines and may restrict accounts that misuse the service. A negative opinion alone is not a reason for removal. If you believe a moderation decision was mistaken, contact us with the course and review details so we can consider it.
